What is your delivery policy?
I will post the jewellery by Standard First Class. Orders will be posted within 1-3 days of payment. If you would like your jewellery sent by Recorded delivery, please email me before ordering.
The UK delivery charge is £1.60. For 2 or more items, delivery costs £2.00.
The international delivery charge is £3.00. For 2 or more items, delivery costs £3.50.
What is your returns policy?
I do not take responsibility for any damage or loss when the item is sent. All items are made and posted with care, fully wrapped to avoid any damage. However, please email me and I will see what I can do if there are any problems.
Why have you decided to sell jewellery?
Ever since I received my first scrabble ring, I always get people asking me where I got it from - they were amazed by it! Since then, I've thought "wouldn't it be great if I could tell them I made it?"... So here I am, setting up my first little business!
